Then knead in the butter until the dough is soft, smooth, and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.


Make the cinnamon sugar filling, then roll out the dough and spread the filling all the way to the edges.


Cut and roll the cinnamon rolls. Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake! Once baked top with cream cheese frosting.
