Ingredients

You will need pizza dough, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, garlic, onion, vodka, cream, and red pepper flakes.

Cook whole tomatoes, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, and vodka over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Once the sauce is thick and all of the liquid has been reduced, transfer it to a blender.

Blend until smooth then stir in the heavy cream. Set aside until ready to use.

Roll the pizza dough out to your desired thickness then spread the vodka sauce over the top.

Top with slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, then bake at 475 F for 13-15 minutes until the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
