First make the filling. Combine the ingredients for the spinach artichoke filling and set it aside.

Then combine the dough ingredients and knead for 5 minutes.

Portion the dough into 6 balls. Roll each one out and fill the center with the spinach artichoke filling.

Then seal in the filling and shape it into a pretzel shape. Let them rise for 30 minutes.

Boil each pretzel for 30 seconds then brush the tops with egg and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes!
