Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

These chewy peanut butter miso cookies are perfectly soft and gooey in the center with slightly crispy edges. Made with white miso paste for a slightly savory flavor, they are truly unique!

Cream together ½ cup unsalted butter, ½ cup natural peanut butter and ⅛ cup white miso paste

Then add 1 cup light brown sugar and ⅛ cup granulated sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Then add 1 egg.

Add 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt and mix to combine.

Scoop the dough onto a lined tray and freeze for 15-20 minutes.

Then roll each ball in granulated sugar before baking at 350 for 12-13 minutes.
