Snickerdoodles without Cream of Tartar

These soft and chewy chocolate snickerdoodle cookies are coated in cinnamon sugar then baked to perfection with slightly crisp outsides and soft and buttery centers.

Ingredients

- Butter - Brown Sugar - Egg - Vanilla

- Flour - Lemon Juice - Cocoa powder - Cinnamon - Salt

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and mix to combine.

Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Chill for 45 minutes.

Scoop into 3 tbsp sized balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.
