Ingredients

You will need vanilla, salt, flour, sugar, butter, corn starch, egg, raspberries, port wine, and cranberries.

First make the raspberry jam. Cook the raspberries, cranberries, sugar, and port wine until super thick. Set aside to cool.

Next make the shortbread cookie dough. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until firm.

Then roll out the dough and use a round cutter to cut out the linzer cookies.

Bake the cookies at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Once cool, dust half of them with powdered sugar.

Spread the jam on the bottom cookie and sandwich it with the powdered sugar dusted cookie. Enjoy!
