Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

These peanut butter cookies are perfectly soft and gooey in the center. Made with white miso paste for a slightly savory flavor, you won't be able to keep your hands off them!

Cream together ½ cup unsalted butter and ½ cup peanut butter until smooth.

Add 1 cup light brown sugar and 1/8 cup sugar and cream them into the butter then add in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla.

Fold in 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt until just combined.

Scoop the dough onto a lined tray and freeze for a few minutes to harden.

Roll each ball in granulated sugar, then freeze until solid. Bake at 350 for 13-14 minutes.
