Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

- Butter - Peanut butter - Miso - Sugar - Brown sugar

-Vanilla - Egg - Flour - Baking soda - Baking powder

Cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Mix in the sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the egg, vanilla, miso, and then fold in the dry ingredients.

Scoop the dough and then freeze it for 15-20 minutes or until solid.

Roll each ball in sugar, then bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
