1 Hour Parmesan Bread

These bite-sized pieces are covered in tons of gooey cheese, fragrant garlic, melted butter, and are so easy to make. You will obsess over these one-hour pull-apart bites!!

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 packet active dry yeast, 1 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon honey.

Add the 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 3/4 tsp salt and knead until smooth and pliable.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let rise in a warm place for 25-30 minutes.

Once doubled, cut the dough into long strips and separate them from sticking together.

Cut each strip into gnocchi size pieces and place them on a lined baking tray.

Cover the bites with ⅛ cup thyme, ⅛ cup fresh sage, ½ cup parmesan cheese and ¼ cup mozzarella.

Brush with 3 tablespoon melted butter and 4 garlic cloves.

Bake the bites at 400 for 10-12 minutes until just slightly golden.
