Then whisk together the dry ingredients in a stand mixing bowl.

Knead the dough until it's super soft and tacky. Form it into a ball then proof until double in size.

Roll into a 14x18 rectangle and spread the black cocoa powder on top.

Roll the dough up and place them in a baking pan. Once doubled in size, bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

Spread cream cheese icing over the top and enjoy!
