First roast the pecans in cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter until toasty and nutty. Set aside to cool before chopping.

Whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.

Then mix in the egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and molasses until just combined.

Fold in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until almost combined and some flour still remains.

Then mix in the chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, and chopped pecans until just combined. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Scoop the dough onto a lined baking tray and chill in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Once chilled, bake and enjoy!
