Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and miso paste.

Then mix in the brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the egg and vanilla.

Then fold in the dry ingredients. Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.

Then scoop the dough onto a lined baking tray. Roll each one in sugar, then freeze overnight. The next day bake for 10-11 minute and enjoy!
