Ingredients
Cream the peanut butter, miso, and butter together in a stand mixing bowl until combined.
Add the brown sugar and white sugar to the bowl and cream together until fluffy.
Fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Scoop then roll the cookies in granulated sugar. Freeze until solid then bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
