Then make the mango puree. Set in an ice bath to chill.

Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream, this is the mango mousse!

Alternate layering half of the mousse, mango puree, and the rest of the mousse.

Swirl more mango puree on top, then chill the cake in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours to set. Enjoy!
