- Vanilla - Powdered sugar - Lemons - Poppyseeds

Mix the egg whites and sugar together in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.

Then fold the powdered sugar and flour into the egg whites with a spatula.

Gently fold in the lemon zest, vanilla, poppyseeds, and lemon extract until just combined.

Scoop the batter into a lined pan and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Once cool, frost with whipped cream!
