Heat the honey and red pepper flakes together and set aside to cool.
Combine the dry ingredients and then add in the frozen shredded butter.
Add the milk, then gently work the dough until it sticks together. Form it into a square.
Use a round biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits by cutting straight down.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes the brush with the hot honey butter!
