Baked San Marzano Pizza Sauce

This homemade San Marzano pizza sauce is the best and will make any pizza taste restaurant-worthy in 30 minutes with just 5 ingredients!

Add 1 28 oz can whole San Marzano tomatoes, 1 shallot, 5 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp sugar

Stir all of the ingredients together, then bake at 400 F for 30 minutes uncovered.

After 30 minutes, the sauce should look thick and will have reduced.

Transfer the sauce to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
