You are going to go crazy for these amazingly soft and gooey cookies and cream cinnamon rolls. This fool-proof recipe is easy to make, stuffed with Oreo's, and stays soft and gooey for days!
Knead 3 cups flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp milk powder, 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup melted butter until smooth.
Flatten the dough into a round and add a third of 1/3 cup of Oreo crumbs.
Fold the dough around the crumbs and then knead it to incorporate them into the dough until it looks marbled.
Place the marbled dough in a buttered bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Roll the dough out into a 14x10 inch rectangle on a cutting board or your counter.
Spread 1/4 cup softened butter over the dough then sprinkle 2 tbsp black cocoa powder, 2/3 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup Oreos.
Roll the dough up into a 14 inch log and cup 9 rolls, about 1 1/2 inches wide with a serrated knife.
Arrange the rolls in a 9inch pan and let rise again for 30 minutes. Then pour heavy cream over the top.
Bake at 350 for 22 minutes then glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp butter, and 2 tbsp milk. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
