Fudgy Miso Brownies

These miso brownies have perfect crinkle tops, a rich chocolatey flavor, and a mellow savory quality from white miso paste! Made in one bowl in less than 1 hour!

Whisk together 3/4 cup hot melted butter, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 tbsp miso, and 1 1/4 cup sugar

Whisk everything until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Whisk in 3 eggs, one at a time until completely combined, then whisk for 1 minute.

Fold in 3/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup black cocoa, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp baking powder until just combined.

Pour the batter into a lined 8x8 square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, cool then cut!

Drizzle with miso glaze if desired then enjoy!
