ESPRESSO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These espresso chocolate chip cookies are gooey, chewy, and completely irresistible! They are made with fresh brewed espresso and espresso grounds so they are bursting with coffee flavor!

Ingredients

- Butter - Sugar - Vanilla - Egg yolk

- Espresso - Espresso grounds - Flour - Baking soda - Chocolate chips

Cream together the butter and light brown sugar until fluffy.

Mix in the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined.

Fold in the flour, baking soda, salt, and chopped oreo cookies.

Press the cookie dough into a 9 inch cake or springform pan. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes.

Let the cake cool, then decorate with vanilla buttercream frosting and enjoy!
