Brownie Blondies

You only need 9 ingredients to make these brownie blondies! Featuring a fudgy brownie layer, a crackly molasses blondie layer, and hints of espresso, you'll never have to choose between making a brownie or cookie again.

Whisk together 1 stick melted butter, 1 tsp espresso, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 2/3 cup sugar.

Whisk in 2 eggs until well combined before adding the next.

Add 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder and whisk until combined.

Then whisk together 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 tsp espresso, and 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 egg.

Add in 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.

Whisk until its just combined, do not over mix.

Add the chocolate batter by the scoop full into the corners and middle of the pan.

Add the blonde batter in the empty spaces in between the chocolate batter.

Use a toothpick to swirl the batters together then bake for 25-30 minutes at 350.
