Mix together the cinnamon crumb ingredients, then bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
Cream the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and dry ingredients together, then add the cinnamon crumb.
Scoop the dough into 2 tbsp sized balls and sprinkle more cinnamon crumb on top. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.
Drizzle with vanilla glaze after cooling and enjoy!
