Ingredients

You will need cocoa, chocolate, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, flour, eggs, cream, baking powder, and salt.

First cream the butter and brown sugar together for two minutes until light and fluffy.

Then mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until just combined.

Then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until just combined.

Scoop the dough into tablespoon sized balls and roll them between your hands until perfectly round.

Indent the center with your thumb or the back of a round teaspoon. Chill the cookies in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Then bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.

Once cool, fill the centers of the cookies with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Enjoy!
