Chocolate chip PUmpkin cake

This one-bowl soft and moist pumpkin chocolate chip cake is bursting with fall-flavored spices, fresh pumpkin, and mini chocolate chips!

Ingredients

- Butter - Oil - Dark brown sugar - Sugar - Eggs - Pumpkin 

- Flour - Baking soda - Vanilla - Salt - Pumpkin spice

First brown the butter in a pan. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Then whisk together the brown butter, oil, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.

Whisk in the eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree until combined.

Finally whisk in the the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice, and mini chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 for 28 minutes. Enjoy!
