Combine the dough ingredients together and knead for 9-10 minutes until smooth.
Flatten the dough ball into a flat disk and cut it into 1 inch strips.
Cut each strip into 1 inch pieces that resemble gnocchi. Spread out onto a sheet tray lined with parchment.
Cover the dough pieces in the shredded mozzarella, parmesan, fresh herbs, and then brush them with garlic butter.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes and serve immediately!
