Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites

These cheesy garlic bread bites are made from pizza dough, cut into bite sized balls, covered in cheese, fresh herbs, and garlic butter. Ready in under 1 hour!

– 1 packet yeast – 1 cup water – 1 tbsp honey – 2 ¾ cup flour – 1 tbsp oil – 1 tsp salt – ½ cup parmesan – ⅛ cup thyme – ⅛ cup sage – ¼ cup mozzarella – 3 tbsp butter – 4 garlic cloves

Add the yeast, honey, and water to a mixing bowl

Add the dry ingredients and knead for 8-9 minutes

Let the dough rise until doubled, 25 minutes.

Cut the dough into 1 inch strips with a knife or bench scraper

Cut each strip into 1 inch squares and place them on a half baking sheet

Sprinkle the squares with the cheeses and fresh herbs

Brush with the melted garlic butter then bake at 400 for 10 minutes

Serve hot with marinara for dipping!
