Ingredients

You will need sugar, flour, eggs, butter, black cocoa, buttermilk, oil, coffee, and sprinkles.

First make the cake batter. Cream the oil and sugar together. Then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in the buttermilk, and dry ingredients until just combined.

Then whisk in the hot coffee until just combined. Pour into three 6 inch cake pans and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

While the cakes are cooling, make the buttercream. Cream the butter, powdered sugar, black cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla until fluffy.

When the cake is cool, frost it with the black cocoa buttercream and decorate with eyeball sprinkles!
