In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Then make a well in the center and pour in the cream and apples.
Once the dough comes together, set the bowl aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Then press the dough into a round 6-inch cake pan or form it into a round with your hands.
Cut the dough into 6 scones. Chill them in the freezer for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 400F.
Before baking, lightly brush the tops with more heavy cream and sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 18 minutes.
